The return of a cherished tradition: building up the courage to face the holidays by telling ourselves stories (in French) about family. An inexhaustible subject!
Since 2017, Enfabulation produces a show in French with a very simple concept: based on a chosen theme, each performer tells a true personal story, as they experienced it—no notes, costumes, or props.
Born in Montreal in 1985, Juliana Léveillé-Trudel writes in multiple genres: novels (Nirliit and On a tout l’automne, La Peuplade, 2015 and 2022 respectively); picture books (How to Catch a Bear who Loves to Read and A Starlit Trip to the Library, 2018 and 2022 respectively); and theatre (Nous ne saurons jamais dire j’habite, Théâtre Pà p and À tour de rôle, coming in 2025). Her work has been translated into English, Spanish, Icelandic, Danish and Basque. She has performed many of her theatrical and literary creations live and is the founder of the non-profit theatre company Productions de brousse.
