PHI'S NEW SOUND-DRIVEN EXPERIMENT

PHI Centre Habitat Sonore 0948

This space is an invitation to sound immersion. With the ever changing musical landscape and our dedication to present the highest quality listening experience, PHI aspires to reimagine and reinvent its programming potential while offering an alternative platform to artists. This place is an opportunity to find refuge in music.

This segment of long form tracks are taken from the original 16 track series commissioned by Constellation Records and published during the 2020 and 2021 confinement. The original series consists of 16 tracks.

Montréal saxophonist and electroacoustic composer Jason Sharp presents his third album on Constellation Records.

One of the most renowned and uncompromising entities working in 21st century avant-garde Arab-Levantine art and music, Jerusalem In My Heart presents a new album of vital and haunting electronics and electroacoustics, framed by founder and producer Radwan Ghazi Moumneh’s spoken and sung Arabic, buzuk-playing and sound design.

RETROSPECTIVE

Tracks picked by Constellation Records of avant-rock quartet Fly Pan Am, highlighting their wide range of releases: Experimental electronics weave into various currents of out-rock and back again: a nice taste of the wide gamut of early 21st century composition these four intensely creative artist-musicians have been involved with over the past 15 years.
