The person in this position will play a key role in the development of PHI Studio's creative projects, from prototype to the final work. Working with the creative team, this person will bring technical know-how and knowledge of various technologies to bear on the creative potential of the project, helping to bring it to a successful conclusion.

About PHI Studio
PHI Studio specializes in the production and development of original content, as well as the marketing and distribution of immersive experiences. It is a catalyst for innovation, bringing together artists, creators, directors and producers.
Main responsibilities
- Carry out Unity development specific to virtual reality and/or augmented reality;
- Integrate assets received from external teams into a project and audit their quality;
- Support the project's creative team in visual and interactive exploration;
- Participate in the study of the viability of technological decisions, for the development and installation of projects;
- Carry out or support the graphic development of projects (shaders, post-processing, etc.);
- Contribute to maintaining the team's expertise within the studio, notably by documenting code, and proposing and participating in the development of tools that improve the team's efficiency;
- Optimize the quality and performance of developed software solutions to ensure their stability during operations.
Requirements
- Minimum academic requirements: DEC in an appropriate field;
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience;
- Advanced knowledge of the Unity engine, its various tools (VFXGraph, ShaderGraph, SRP, timelines...) and C#;
- Experience in graphics development and optimization (Shaders, Post-process, VFX, etc.);
- Knowledge of constraints related to VR / AR development, and mobile development;
- Advanced knowledge of Git and Git LFS;
- Proficiency in other languages and interest in related fields: Python, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Arduino, Android...;
- Knowledge of network technologies and system administration basics;
- Ability to work in a team, to give and receive constructive feedback;
- Interest in other trades to facilitate teamwork (graphics, animation, lighting, ...);
- Other: rigor, organizational skills, autonomy, curiosity, team spirit and a taste for challenge are highly appreciated. Strong interest in culture, art & digital media
