An R&B artist drawing from hip-hop to define her own signature, Aliyah White develops her art in a perspective of perpetual progression. Seeking to stimulate her creativity through artistic connection, her moment in the PHI_portal proved to be very fruitful thanks to a warm exchange with Lewis Lee, curator of the Milwaukee portal, which had the effect of easing pandemic tensions and rekindling inspiration.
